Fissure in ano

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I recently had a fissure while passing a hard stool. It's not the first time. It comes and goes. Is there any medical suggestion for me to get rid of it completely and any life style changes. Please suggest medicine or ointment is so painful condition that I can't even explain.

if you have this problem for long time , it is chronic fissure . Unlike acute fissure this will respond to medical treatment only upto 60 %. To prescribe medicines it needs clinical confirmation. consult a surgical gastroenterologist in your place. generally i advise you to avoid constipation , take lot of water and high fibre diet.
