Fissure in ano e sentinel tag

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I'm suffering from terrible pain, there is bud kind of extrusion near anal region, I'm not feeling like I'm recovering, have seen 2 doctors so far and suffering from last 15 days. Last doctor prescribed me following. I want to know is there anything else i can do for getting better immediately. Doctor have suggested me Laxose 15ml, Freego 15gm Anobliss ointment T SIGNOFLAM 1-1-1 AFTER MEAL T RABLET 20 1-0-1 BEFORE MEAL. (note doctor suggested me to apply anobliss ointment by finger and let its go inside my anus, but due to muscle been too contracted there I'm not able to apply cream inside, need some alternative for it.)
