Both fissure and haemorrhoids can be effectively managed with homeopathic treatment. Pain can be relieved soon. But treatment should be continued for few months.
Along with the treatment you should modify your life styles as follows.
1. Drink plenty of water 2.5 litres per day.
2. Avoid fried food, crispy food, spicy food, junk food for atleast 3 months.
3. Avoid peanuts.
4. Include more fibre food.
5. Sleep for 7 hrs a day. Early to bed and early to rise is best.
6. Do sitz bath daily.
