Fissure and Piles possibly
I have been having repeated scenarios of Anal irritation since early 2021. My Gastro felt it could be only Fissure. I think it has become chronic. I do not know whether it is a fissure or piles etc. There has been some tolerable pain on and off with no blood so far at least. The pain/irritation is at the 1 or 2 o clock area of the anus mostly and sometimes 9 o clock rarely. What would you suggest? I am already on fibre supplements like isphagula husk for a year now apart from taking fibrous food as much as possible.
