Fishbone in throat
Last night my brother had fish in dinner and same time he vomited. But still feeling something in his throat.

Need an endoscopy to look for the fish bone. Even an abrasive injury of an ingested bone is a possibility.
Both need to be considered.
Appropriate treatment follows endoscopy.
Next Steps
Avoid inducing vomiting, probing with finger.
Visit an ENT specialist soon.
