Fish oil for melasma
Hello Age 30 Weight 63 . Now a days gym was stopped little warmup doing Bht my concern is since 4 yrs having melsama little patches of face and nose I never use any tablets or ointment as of now . So many people told there is no cure with tablets and creams to cure this only way is diet maintain . Hence I got someone Informe to take fish oil per day 1000mg capsule and chia seed in diet is it works for shine skin and stop melasma pls tell tablet taking better Timings Major I want to know any side effect with fish oil capsule am plan to start our daily brand capsule of fish oil.
