Hi I am 6 weeks pregnant .my HCG levels are only 4250 . gestational sac seen .but now am experiencing spotting with no abdominal pain .is this a sign of miscarriage

Spotting in early pregnancy can be normal also... Don't panic,  get your ultrasound done for fetal well being. Consult some local gynecologist.
