Hi , am 6 weeks pregnant .i have a history of two miscarriage in the past.my HCG levels were only 3506. could see the gestational sac .now am experiencing small blood clots (brown colour).is this spotting or bleeding? No continuous blood clots .if this is miscarriage will it pass on itself or should I check with a doctor? no abdominal cramps
