Hi, Can u please suggest some excersise during first trimester.Also some fruits and vegetables to be taken during this trimester.

Hi usually your present obstetrician is the right person to advice you regarding exercises and food.she will be knowing your details of medical problems and pregnancy. It is not common to every one. how ever no sever exercises are recommended.you can go for 30 min walking and do pranayama or simple breathing exercises Regarding fruits almost all of them are covered with pesticides especially grapes.so avoid grapes and others wash it properly before consuming. all the best n regards.
