Recently i had sex first I didn't get pleasure that
we get from mastubation so i am anxious why is it because of habbit of masturbation or nervousness or usually first time is bad experience please tell i am getting anxious

It seems you are habitual to masturbation. Try to decrease it's frequency. Also sex for first time can give such feelings.
You should not be anxious,as it will aggrevate your problem.
