You can start these feeds after 6 months of age. Till 6 months give your child only breast feeds. Those are best for your child. After 6 months you can start fruits like banana, apple, papaya, boiled carrots, potatoes. You can even start chicken and egg at 7-8 months of age. Please do not give any cow milk or cow milk products till the age of 12 months, as they're harmful to child(CDC guidelines) It's nice that you're asking. You'll be a great parent!
