Doctor I am sending my latest x ray please suggest me my first molar is infected or second molar or third molar. Please suggest the treatment. Is there any need of rct in first molar or third molar. Please suggest the treatment.

The X-ray is not clear enough to provide a rational opinion. It would be better if you go for a digital x-ray and post the soft copy so that distortion is minimum. Regards
