First ECG abnormal and second normal
I had gone for office medical ECG today. During first ECG, I was breathing consciously and the person taking the ECG mentioned that heart rate is high and asked me to relax and close my eyes. Second ECG was normal. Is there anything to worry about?

Hi, breathing consciously while ECG suggest that you had anxiety about what would be the results. You should better calm down and try avoiding stressful situations There is no cardiac ailments for now
