Finger tip peeling off

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hi, Recently I am facing patch peeling of my finger tip.A single top layer of skin becomes dry and sticks like a dry crust.It doesn't hurt but it is quite embarrassing to look at. I am currently on no medication.I am using moisturizer to make the skin hydrated again.Should I take any medicine for it... Someone advised me to take Becosules.Should i go for it..?
