My right hand 4th finger cuts from zone 2 through glass last Monday , now I am unable to move that finger

Please consult to nearest possible orthopaedic surgeon at earliest. The movements of finger, which might have been lost due to tendon injury with glass piece, can be saved if the tendon repair is done at earliest.
Next Steps
Till you reach hospital, keep sterile dressing over the wound, and if injury is on palmar or front aspect , keep the injured finger folded.
