What's the difference between fine needle aspiration and core needle biopsy ? And when do doctors go for fine needle aspiration and when do they go for core needle ?

Biopsy takes a bigger chunk of tissue, is easier to interpret and thus more reliable and confirmatory. It is preferable in any situation
