Finasteride and side effects

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have been using minoxidil for 1yeae and I still have hairfall. My scalp is 75% visible now. :( Recently I read about finasteride (FDA approves) and it's wonders but also that it has insane Sexual Side effects. Is it true? I wanna give it a try? Should I? Since minoxidil is clearing not helping. But I am scared of the side effects!! :( Thanks!
