Fileria with sevier pain in leg

My father is suffering with a fileria from past few years,and from the past few days he was suffering with a pain in his leg and he was saying that the worms are running inside the leg the fingers are some wht ruptured from the ruptured place the worms are coming out. Can you please suggest any treatment for this
