Fibromyalgia
Im having body pains like neck upper back and knee pains from one year my rheumatologist told me i have fibromyalgia I'm using medicine from past one year I'm little bit ok... From four days I've started dieting and walking for wright loss am overweight person from yesterday am having severe neck pain am not able to bear it what's the reason behind it... Is it walking suddenly or anything else pls help

Could be because of muscle spasms. Usually with rest it should go away. Take pain medication if pain in unbearable.
