Fibromyalgia
I have fibromyalgia as written in my medical report.I had visited the orthopedic doctor , he suggested me for 1 week of electric massage from machine  therapy along with hot pack. For 1 week I went to physiotherapist for the massage.but I didn't feel any relief. They also told to do some exercises regularly. But i am not getting any  relief . Could you please suggest me some exercises for curing it . Could you also tell me how much time it takes to cure it. Sometimes it happens my pain increases with exercises. My pain is especially in left shoulder and neck. Also suggest if something else I can do to reduce my pain. Please find my medical report below. Kindly help. Thanks.
