Fibromyalgia
Hi, I am having mild chest pain at centre which radiates towards left breast since a month. Had ecg, echo done and they r normal. So doc told it may b due to Fibromyalgia. The pain was almost gone since last 10 days but today again I started with HIIT workouts n the pain started. So I want to know if it's high intensity exercises that caused pain to come back? What kind of exercises can I do in fibromyalgia? I hv put up weight since a month now. Thanks in advance!
