Hi Doctor, am suffering from fibromyalgia since last Nov. Since last 3 months taking ayurvedic medicine. Am recovering. Can you please suggest magnesium supplement and any probiotic which will be good for me for my health issue.

Probiotic - it is best you resort to natural probiotics. Buttermilk is one of the excellent sources of probiotics. Fermented foods like Idly, dosa, millet dosa are rich in probiotics too.
Magnesium can also be sufficiently supplemented through diet.
Bananas, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, avocado, spinach, black gram ( with skin), whole green gram, Soya, peas - are all rich in magnesium. Ensure you include any one of the above mentioned items in your daily diet
