I had intramural fibriod surgery of 5 cm a month back,doctor asked to avoid strenous activities at that time.can i resume my activities now as am a dancer .pls suggest

Avoid dancing for 3 months irrespective of open/lap surgery. After that you can resume dancing

Atleast 6 weeks gap should be there, start with mild first look for symptoms then gradually progress to moderate then severe.
