Fiblnger and toe nails are infected

Asked for Male, 22 Years

By brother's few finger and toe nails have been infected for past 1 month..He thought it is temporary one but it has not been cured yet. I need to take him to doctor but I am confused which doctor will treat for this kind of infection. Please somebody suggest for this.
