Fiber cast can become loose sometimes due to decrease in swelling in leg region.
Sometimes it can also happen due to muscle wasting in calf region.
Next Steps
You can continue the same cast for 10 days if you're comfortable with it.
If loose cast is causing pain or rotation around ankle region, you should visit your Orthopaedician to get it checked and redo / remove as per the requirement.
