As part of my mother general check up, did her cbc tests and found some abnormalities. Attached her report. Please suggest what is the issue as she doesn't have any symptoms. Any suggestions is appreciated

Well there are many things in this report:
-low MCH And MCV suggesting low iron levels
-all three cell lines...RBCs, WBCs and Platelets are high..specially Platelets are way two high
-and as a result high ESR.
We need few more investigations to find out the reason. Some blood work to begin with.. and later specific tests as we proceed.
