Feverish feeling
Mother age 45 can fever detect in typhoid report . Becoz she don't have fever in thermometer it's shows 98 or 99 But she having doubt she feeling feeverish so can I do typhoid test or not pls advice any tablet else Her symptoms is feeling hear in body but no fever on Thermometer

This may happen also if the CRP levels are increased. CRP = C Reactive Protein, this parameter can give the impression tovtye person that he / she has fever. Also presence of Chronic = long standing illness as Hypertension, Daibetes , High Cholesterol or Kidney Diseases either detected or non detected can cause mild rise in CRP and also in turn Temperature. One of the main Menopausal symptoms is mild fever as she is a woman and age 45.
Next Steps
Rule out the basic causes of fever as Typhoid, Malaria, Dengue, URTI , Urine infection and then if all clear go to next level of Detection of Chronic diseases by doing test of Lipids, Renal Function, Thyroid Profile and Daibetes. Last resort will be blood Culture if every single test done earlier us negative.

She can take Dolo 650 twice day fie 3 days and then check if she is getting Fever, if for 48 hrs no fever than she can forget about it
