Feverish feeling bt no temp,stomach ache

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Few days back I suffer from losse motion(4 times in a single day for one day), from then I took Biffilac for 10 days and metrogyl 400 for 5 days, However I still feel uneasy in my stomach and Feverish feeling sometimes with normal temperature. Can someone please help me with some advise.
