Fever with red spots on face
My 2 years old baby boy has got fever 102 in night with red spots at face. Temperature remains normal in day. This is third day, I am giving him crocin DS 4 times a day and sinarest AF for cough 3 times a day. He seems a little dull today, fever doesn’t drop at night

Hi. As the fever is high , It's 3rd day today & also rashes have developed,please consult with your pediatrician. It looks like viral fever. Need for antibiotics or investigations can 've decided only after examining him
