FEVER WITH LIPS DRYNESS
Having fever after every 8 to 10 hours. Her lips has also become red with dryness on her lips. On her nose there is red spot also.

Kindly give her paracetamol every 8 hourly. If it's a viral fever, it may continue to come for 3-4 days. Lips being dry could be suggestive of dehydration. Give her plenty of fluids to drink. You can also sponge her when fever rises.
