Fever with a lot of sneezing and cough

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am a 25 yo female. For the past 2 days, I am having a mild fever with a lot of sneezing and cough and at times light chest pain. Once I take paracetamol, I feel absolutely fine but the mild fever recurs. Would paracetamol solve the issue or is it something concerning? Currently residing in Bangalore, which is experiencing change is weather too often.

Might be viral fever. Usually gets better in 3 to 5 days. Take paracetamol 650 3 times a day for 3 days. Paracetamol is antipyretic. It doesn't cure the infection. It subsides in it's own usually. If your fever persists and if you're having any chills/rigors consult a physician
