Fever wiith negative rtcpr

Asked for Male, 31 Years

After 5 days my fever is finally down. Had no fever since 24 hours. Do i have to take paracetamol 1 more day ? My rtpcr test is also negative and sp02 level is 98-99. Please suggest.
