Fever up-to 99.8 congestion in chest
I have fever runny nose and congestion in chest which goes away with paracetamol and I have got tested for HIV after 11 months of exposure which came out to b negative can I still have it

You might be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days
