Hi
Oral Calpol ie Paracetamol is 10-15 mg/kg/dose, so 120mg(2.5ml of 250mg/5ml) every 6 hourly is sufficient;
Oral Augmentin is CoAmoxyclav is 25-40mg/kg/day as 2 divided doses; it cannot be OD, or once daily!
Use of Ventryl, a bronchodilator, raises suspicion of wheezy chest or lower respiratory infection with wheeze: so if there is poor temperature control even after 48hrs of antibiotic, please review with your preferred Pediatrician
Health Tips
even with appropriate antibiotic, 48hours time period is required to assess effectiveness of antibiotic: if infection is viral, antibiotic use is pointless!

The antibiotic needs atleast 48 hours to take effect. Until then fever may keep fluctuating.
If it has been more than 48 hours and still fever is recurring, it may be viral. Yet consult your pediatrician once again.
Next Steps
increase fluid intake if less.
start sponging as fever rises.
