Fever, Tooth ache, insomnia
Hi Doc, it started with my husband complaining of tiredness & mild body ache (in evening) from past few days. He was also facing difficulty in sleeping at nights almost for 4-5 days. Recently from past 2-3 days, he is suffering from tooth ache accompanied by fever (99 - 101 degree) in the evening. what can all this be?? please advice

If there is a tooth infection, it can present in the ways as you just mentioned.
Take him to the nearest centre , and get it checked.
The dentist will take xray to see the underlying cause and do the needful.
Next Steps
you can give him any antipyretics like Dolo 650 for fever which can give some relief to his toothache too.
