Temperature reading can be different in different parts of body like under arm, mouth, rectum. These variation is normal. Temperature 100 degree Is fever.

100 means u have fever. Take paracetaamol for fever amd if there are any other symptoms then accordingly medicines have to be taken. Take consult for proper advice
