Fever Temperature 105 reports are normal

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Fever Temperature is not going down and temperature reaching 105 and its going down and up to 102-105 all reports are normal. what would be the cause and how to identify whats wrong. No sign of typhoid or any viral cause all reports are normal doctors are unable to find the cause. WHat tests are recommended to find out the problem and why temperatures is not going its since 1 month
