Fever, stomach cramps
Hi from yesterday my mother has fever and stomach cramps, loose motion and feels like about to vomit (no vomiting though). Temperature in the morning was about 100.5, got better for few hours after taking paracetamol, now again having temperature. Please suggest what to do?

She can take tablet Domstal one tablet thrice daily for five days. She can take Cefram OZ one tablet twice daily for five days. She can take Dygene syrup two tablespoons thrice daily. Follow a light vegetarian diet.
