Fever since yesterday 102

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Hello Doctor, My husband has fever since yesterday. It was close to 102. Dolo 650 was given yesterday night and this morning. But still he has fever. Can you please suggest what medicine I shall give him? Thanks!
