Fever since week

Hi, Good morning. My kid is sufferings from fever since a week. I had consulted pediatrician.He prescribed p250 ,sporidex and advised to take medical test CBC, Urine and typhoid. We took medical tests and visited doctor for more details. He said reports are normal and advised to take Azithral and wellmune addition to p250 and sporidex. But we don't see any reduction in temperature. If we give my son ice bath then only his temperature is coming down. In night my son temp range from 99 to 104. Can anyone pls help us what we need to do next. Thanks, Hasan
