Fever since morning
My sister has fever since morning.In morning fever was 98.9 now it is 100.3.Have given paracetamol to her. No other issues she have. What to do.

Donot panic. Paracetamol every 6th hrly if she has fever. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat fresh food, no oily or spicy food. Take fresh fruits and vegetables.

Give paracetamol 6th hrly. Isolate her /home quarantine Wait for 48hrs. If any other symptoms occurs or fever not coming down. plz go to nearby clinic
