  4. Fever since evening. To do pls help?

Fever since evening
Hello..my 10 month old baby have high fever since 5,5.30 pm today...i gave him paracip 2.5 ml at 6 pm after 20-30 mins fever reduced but now again it came high..what to do pls help

Can repeat paracip 6 to 8 hourly and if fever persist then consult nearby pardiatrician also sponge with lukewarm water
