Fever since 9 days

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am having fever (goes upto 99.4) since 9 days. Got COVID test done on the 2nd day, came negative. There are no other symptoms/issues. Weakness and lack of appetite are there. Have got LFT, CBC, Malaria, Widal Tube tests done.
