Fever Reduced again came back
Dear Doctor, My Son had fever last 3days and we administered P250 for 48hrs which reduced his temperature from 104f to 99f yesterday. Today morning he was well, suddenly from afternoon temperature Rose to 103.5f have given Meftal p -7ml. He has also got cold n running nose now.. please advise if visiting a pediatric is advised or should wait for his condition to improve.

Most of the time children have viral infections and they usually resolved after 4 to 5 days Just give him plenty of fluids keep him hydrated If the fever does not come down with meftal p you can give ibugesic plus syrup So you can wait for few days but there are few danger signs I can tell you Watch for his urine output if it decreases If he becomes breathless He dsnt eat you have to take him to the doctor immediately Thanks any further help you can consult me online
