Fever ranging from 99 to 102

Asked for Female, 65 Years

I am suffering with fever and sore throat since yesterday. Had combiflam yesterday morning and afternoon. Had crocin 650 last night and today morning. Fever getting normal after taking medicine but keeps coming back.
