Hello ... I’ll definately help u with this issue . But first I need to understand some things about ur kid so I can help u in a better way... since when does he have the fever??? Because 103.5 is pretty high fever and there has to be a definite cause for this?? Does he have other problems like sore throat or tummy pain or burning urination?? Have u done any tests??
Next Steps
I want u to realise that fever is an effect. Unless we don’t find the root cause of the fever , the child is gonna suffer unnecessarily. Kindly consult so I can advise u in much better way and tackle this prob together .
Health Tips
Make sure the kid drinks plenty of fluids since fever reduces the water content in the body . All the best

Use Calpol 250 suspension: 7.5ml every 6 hours to treat the fever. In between the doses of Calpol, if fever still persists you may consider giving Meftal-P Syp. Do tepid sponging if fever still persists after giving Calpol. Ensure that he is drinking plenty of liquids and avoid over-clothing when fever is high.
