Fever post covishield vaccine
Hi ,I took my first dose of covishield yesterday morning .around 8.30 yesterday night felt cold and feverish .so when I slept off at 10 I took a dolo 650.I don't have fever now but still have the tiredness.should I consume one more dolo 650?
