Fever only
Dear Dr, my son is not feeling well from 30/04/2020 night onwards and we went to primary health care centre (govt) at my native on 1/05/2020 morning. They priscribed the photo attached medicine for two days and I am following from 1st may onwards m baby weight is 6.75kg and 7.10days old. I felt he is underweight I and I am not sure why the fever cause if you all found, pls let me know and we are following the regular homemade food last one month+ mother's milk. Every 5hrs, we are giving the medicine and after 3hrs fever is started from his body. He don't have any rashes and no vomiting/cold but Cough sometimes. My son is active in between fever/dull. What kind of fever is it? What can do I do further?

If the child is active and playful in between fever spikes- most likely has viral fever. if any contact history - kindly do COVID-19 test.
