Asked for Female, 43 Years

My husband is having fever on & of, having body ache taken paracetamol still having having fever 100. As my doctor told to take dicloran a but m not finding this medicine so medical store man told that Diclogem also having same content. Is it safe ?? He is having diabetes too Please help
