  4. Fever of baby. With it… just for winter.

10 days ago my 3.5 month old baby girl had fever with caught & cold. She was on antibiotic ( azithal & cetzin ) . After recovery of fever ( after 3-4 days) I have observed that her face color become dull.. is it effect of medicine or its just no relation with it… just for winter...kindly clarify..

Apart from face colour is there any other symptom like persistent fever or cough, cold, vomiting or not accepting feed
